In appreciation of the work of local educators, singers Clint Holmes and Earl Turner are offering free tickets to Clark County School District teachers and administrators with valid ID for August performances of their Westgate showcase, “Soundtrack: Your Songs. Our Stories. The Show.” Each educator can get two free tickets to shows Aug. 2-4 and Aug. 9-11, and can be picked up at the Westgate box office in advance or the day of the performance. Additionally, $1 from every “Soundtrack ” ticket sold in August will go to The Public Education Foundation, a nonprofit organization that creates initiatives and programs to improve public education.

“Teachers are the backbone of this community and work tirelessly to ensure the children of this great city grow to be educated, productive young adults,” said Holmes and Turner in a joint statement. “We’re honored to not only serve as mentors throughout the Clark County School District, but to give back and show our appreciation for the amazing work and dedication done by teachers throughout the year.”
