‘Japanese Spring’ blooms at the Bellagio
This season’s display at the Bellagio Conservatory and Botanical Garden highlights the beauty of spring in Japan. Surrounded by 65,000 blooms, the centerpiece is the 32 foot-tall replica of the Osaka Castle. The Osaka Castle is one of the most iconic and historic castles in all of Japan. It has been chosen to host the 2025 World Expo, with MGM Resorts Japan as a proud supporting partner. In the east bed are two large torii gates framed by a row of cherry blossoms, representing the beauty and brevity of life. To the north, animated red-crowned Japanese cranes entertain visitors. The cranes are designed after the famous Japanese painting, “100 Fountain Views of Edo-Hiroshige Cranes” from 1857. “Japanese Spring” at the Bellagio Conservatory and Botanical Garden is open 24/7 through June 15.
