Las Vegas heads Forbes list of 2020 travel destinations

We’re the city to see, enjoy and frolic in — a fact that’s regularly confirmed in travels lists and honors. The latest comes courtesy of the travel guide, which lists Las Vegas first in its “Top 20 Destinations for 2020” selections. In a group that also includes Tel Aviv, Macau, Nashville, Dubai, Tokyo and Rome, Las Vegas is summed up this way:

“The flurry of excitement Sin City ended with in 2019 — thanks to four-Star Wynn Las Vegas’ reimagined golf course and Michael Mina and Ayesha Curry’s new International Smoke restaurant at MGM Grand — only continues once the calendar turns. From expanded meeting spaces (the Las Vegas Convention Center is adding 1.4 million square feet) to impressive new properties (Virgin Hotel Las Vegas), the city simply can’t stand still. Plus, the NFL is bringing its draft to Vegas (April 23-25) and relocating the Raiders to the new Allegiant Stadium.”
