Waldorf Astoria is newest luxury resort on the Strip

Recognized as a byword for luxury, the iconic Waldorf Astoria brand will take over the Mandarin Oriental on the Las Vegas Strip, with plans to “reimagine and renovate” the resort.

Predicting it will become “the epicenter of the entertainment capital,” the company promises that guests will enjoy “innovative dining concepts, spectacular views of the Strip from the hotel’s exclusive 23rd floor bar, helicopter rides and spa retreats,” among other amenities. With the brand’s expansion into Vegas, it joins the newly debuted Waldorf property in Beverly Hills, and recently-announced additions in San Francisco and Antigua.
