Comments from Natalie’s supervisor, Jonathan Worth:

“Natalie has been an exceptional employee for the property since (its) opening. Her hard work and friendly service are noticed and acknowledged by our guests regularly (as evidenced by) the numerous guest comments she receives. Natalie’s professionalism, passion and overall performance of her job set the standard for our beverage department. We here at Mandalay Bay are so very grateful to have an employee like Natalie among us.”

Guest comment: “Natalie at the sportsbook is a true gem in the Mandalay Bay crowd. She is hard-working and so personable. Her level of customer service, as well as her coworkers, made our Sweet 16 basketball weekend awesome. Natalie is a tipping point for why we choose Mandalay Bay over other hotels for our yearly trip.”

“Hospitality Heroes” is a program created by the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA), in conjunction with the U.S. Travel Association’s National Travel and Tourism Week, celebrated annually in May. The LVCVA (which produces Las Vegas Newswire) and its tourism partners honor employees who deliver superior customer service. Since the program began in 2008, nearly 600 “Hospitality Heroes” have been recognized in Southern Nevada. This series spotlights the 2019 Hospitality Hero winners.
